COVID 19 UPDATE
February 2021
With the health and safety of Aureus students, faculty, and staff our number one priority, we continue to take steps to mitigate the COVID 19 risks to our University community.
We understand that the disruptions caused by the pandemic are a significant cause of anxiety during these unprecedented times. We want every student to understand that at Aureus, we will continue our programs without interruption and always in the safest manner possible.
Classes continue online for the Winter 2021 semester. We will announce our decision regarding the Spring 2021 term no later than March 15, 2021. Once international restrictions are lifted and Aruba is declared safe, we will be required to conduct classes at our campus in Aruba. Students will receive ample notice to make travel arrangements to continue their studies in Aruba.
The University will regularly communicate more specific guidance as it becomes available. Students are also encouraged to stay informed through official channels for safe practices and international and domestic travel updates.
The future of medicine relies on an ever-increasing number of highly trained, motivated, and compassionate medical doctors. They are essential in facing the ongoing threats to our healthcare systems. At Aureus, we continue to support our future doctors in every way as they rise to meet this critical need.
